Would someone mind either PM me or post the reinstatement clause in the DPWA?
 
Off of what? furlough by-pass or someone who was fired and rehired.?

If you are rehired you get back longevity and seniority.
 
Does the DPWA have language that "embarrassing the company" can lead to termination?
