I am sure that the question has been asked plenty of times before, but I am having some trouble finding regional airline rankings in terms of pay, upgrade time and of course pilot satisfaction. If anyone has any info/opinions, it would be greatly appreciated.

Since I'm tilting at windmills tonight:
Chautauqua, my company. Great group of people to work with. Pilot satisfaction is mostly high, with the usual caveats of gripes about scheduling, dispatch, etc. Embraer is a blast to fly (my opionon only). QOL is decent in these areas: excellent insurance, decent 401K match, commuter clause, partial medical reimbursement. Not much soft-time in the contract, as we have a min-day/duty rig for reserves only. Currently you won't be on reserve long as an FO. Multitude of bases: if you live in one, as I do, the QOL is great; if not, well, some of them aren't the best for commuting and the lines generally are NOT commutable.

Pay has been discussed here ad-nauseum. The short version is, decent but not great for Captains; we improved FO pay drastically over our last contract, but have a ways to go. Currently upgrade is running 1.5 to 2.5 years, do NOT expect that to continue. Like anywhere, come here planning to be a maxed-out FO and let yourself be pleasantly surprised if that situation changes. With the current contract that would work out to just over 36K. Good luck.
