regional pilots with codeshare partner lanyards

This 'Lanyard conditon' is, by far, the most important issue facing regional pilots today. Many are affected by this issue, but collectively have not come to a consensus for a solution. This is either due to the fact that many regional pilots have a cranial-rectal inversion or phallus skull.

For me, I don't care. Well, as long as they have some combination of spiked and/or frosted hair, an ipod, and any type of backpack makes the lanyard situation more tolerable for me.

I thought it was interesting when a hand full of guys in my new hire class 4 years ago were wearing the lanyard of the company that furloughed them. DAL and UAL.

For me, I don't care. Well, as long as they have some combination of spiked and/or frosted hair, an ipod, and any type of backpack makes the lanyard situation more tolerable for me.

I've seen X-Box, any number of cartoons and even Pokemon worn by regional level guys. The mainline lanyards would be a great alternative IMHO.

I've noticed you rarely see mainline pilots wearing lanyards. Yet they're very popular in the regionals. Maybe it's because most regional pilots have to walk across the ramp in the wind, rain, and jet blast to get to their plane. The lanyard keeps those IDs secure?

The fashion police have moved on to Lanyards.

Lanyards are a practical accessory and if the mainline logo appears on the plane, there isn't anything intrinsically wrong with displaying the same logo. Most passengers think it's a mainline flight anyhow.

The simple, understated elegance of the pocket clip...that's the one for me...when I tried lanyards they seemed to say, "I just hit the adult working world and haven't really adjusted yet"...they are like shaved heads...they work well for some (Michael Jordan), not so well for others (Britney Spears)...just my 4 cents....
