Regional Airlines and the Guard

I'm looking for information concerning QOL, schedules, bidding, and commuting from those of you that fly in the Guard or Reserve AND for one of the following companies:

Comair
ASA
ExpressJet
Commutair

Specifically, I'd like to know how "Guard friendly" or "Guard compatible" these companies are from someone who knows first hand. Thanks.

I am a Load and fly for Express. I am pretty senior so time off is not an issue and if I need it, the company is cool about it. We have lots of Guard and Reserve and they have been pretty cool so far. ExpressJet is a great airline with some great people.
