Now that the Red Sox have made it to the ALCS (like I doubted it for a second! ), it sets up the most perfect story in all of baseball:

Red Sox over Yankees (the best rivalry in baseball) for a 'Sox vs. Cubs WS, just like 1918, the last time the Cubs were in the WS.

I think the outcome should be the same too. Wood is good, but Pedro . . . he's better.
