Several US regionals have been recruiting and hiring 1500 hour Aussies under an E3 visa for a while now but this is the first flight school I've seen recruiting expats. IASCO has been around for a very long time:

“IASCO is an internationally recognized Flight Training School. This is a great opportunity to rapidly build hours and then transfer to a USA Regional Jet operator. IASCO will assist with an E3 Visa and FAA licensing.”
