Hi guys does the ATC or the FAA have a datbase for the IFR flight plans we file? The trip sheets wont do,company is looking for something from the goverment(going back about 4 years). Please help

Sorry givpicachanc, the only thing I can come up with is on flightaware.com you can order back to 2005. Must be their database limitations.

Most centers and fss's are now digitized, however 4 years ago some were still using tapes which were recorded over after 2 weeks. I know of no government record keeping of flight plans. If it is an audit, fuel receipts, hotels, meals and ramp fees will go a long way at reconstructing records. Good Luck...

flightaware or something called red fox.

Internal audit is my guess. Worse comes to worse just go back over the pilots log books till 2004.

Unless the flying was off the books.

Ding Ding Ding you win a cigar!!! why do you think msp rates are so high?

Ok i have to end the controversy. The partners split up which resulted in intrenal audit, one guy doesnt trust the other guy logs. I never promised a cigar but i did sneak some cubans.
