Recommendation for CFII in Atlanta area?

I've been talking with WIA and they will pay for my CFII IF and its a big IF I can get someone to say they will hire me as a result of having it. If I could pull that off I would like to get a really good instructor. I seem to have a knack for picking mediocre ones and so I thought I'd ask for recommendations. Thanks.

It sounds like you need to go visit with the flight schools in your area. One of them is bound to take the bait. Although picking a quality instructor is usually paramount, in this case, finding a flight school that will agree to hire you after they've trained you probably is top priority.

Understood, but you're probably more like to find an employer will to take you on if they are the ones who train you. Work a deal with them - I'll do my training with you if you agree, beforehand, to give me a job when I complete the course. Their incentive to hire you (in addition to getting a brillant, capable, experienced CFI ) is that they'll have another student (you) to enroll in their training program. The objective is to get the training and the rating now while you can. You can look for the perfect, long-term CFII position later.
