Just got back from Oz a few days ago on Hawaiian. Friggin great trip (they sure know how to drink down there). Anyway... You are supposed to list (which i neglected to do) even as a jumpseater. I asked everyone for a number but nobody seem to know. I assume just calling up reservations would do the trick. You also pay roughly 80 US dollars in departure/security fees before you leave hawaii. I asked them if those fees transfer if you end up coming back on a different airline but she didn't seem to know. When you are coming back make sure to check in at the ticket counter so you can proceed through customs to the gate. Hawaiian fly's down under four days a week. Hope that helps...KS

You can't jumpseat on Quantas that I know of. Foreign airlines do not allow their own pilots to jumpseat, let alone US pilots.
