That seems to be the point of his post.
 
It doesn't suprise me that CS is a great company and classy operation. Their CEO Steven O'neill was my student for his ME Rating. He is a standup guy.

Should be a prerequisite at more companies, whose business is aviatin'. :)

Be careful about what you wish for. There was some excitement at Boeing among the engineers when Phil Condit, who originally worked as an engineer at the Big B, was named CEO. He certainly shed his skin and did more harm than good, according to most.

Along these lines, find out what some of the NetJets pilots think of Bill Boisture, a pilot and former Air Force officer.
