The speculation has been around for years...in the meantime, frac families fall financially further behind other professional families. They continue to live in less than desirable neighborhoods, drive worn out vehicles, and are unable to save for the future. Things must change--we all know that. 1108 is the best answer going. They've turned things around for the NJ pilots and their families. FltOps has made great progress in solving their problems. Flex pilots are taking the first step. I'm of the belief that none of us can predict the future. All we can do is make sure we have the financial resources to deal with whatever comes our way. Professional compensation and QOL issues are an area that you can all work on together--for the good of each frac pilot and his/her family. THAT, gentlemen, is the reason you should vote YES, regardless of what the companies do or how well the planes do, or don't, fly.

Thank you, Spackler! And my thanks, too, to all the other frac pilots taking a stand. None of us want to see you guys continue to get short-changed for your professional skills, nor do we want to face the possibility that your low wages/QOL issues will be used against the NJ pilots when they go back to the table to carry on the fight to bring the FOs pay up to par, and make the needed adjustments to the other contract areas. Industry standards are only that if they are basically the same from company to company. Thanks for helping to move that goal one vote closer to achievement.

PS I appreciate the fact that y'all are no longer questioning the sincerity of the NJ group and what we're trying to accomplish for the good of all of us whose income/careers are tied to the fractional industry.
