The speculation has been around for years...in the meantime, frac families fall financially further behind other professional families. They continue to live in less than desirable neighborhoods, drive worn out vehicles, and are unable to save for the future. Things must change--we all know that. 1108 is the best answer going. They've turned things around for the NJ pilots and their families. FltOps has made great progress in solving their problems. Flex pilots are taking the first step. I'm of the belief that none of us can predict the future. All we can do is make sure we have the financial resources to deal with whatever comes our way. Professional compensation and QOL issues are an area that you can all work on together--for the good of each frac pilot and his/her family. THAT, gentlemen, is the reason you should vote YES, regardless of what the companies do or how well the planes do, or don't, fly.
