Rates for flying a Conquest II

Does anyone know of a web site for getting rates on flying a Conquest II either contract or Full time? Thanks

I fly a conquest part-time and the main captain around 80 a year but he has been with the company for over 20 years. The co-captain gets in the 50's and he's only been there 4 or 5 years. i only get 150 a day for flying co-pilot.
