Rated Recall to Active Duty / Bonus

This is kind of an opposite of the "Military Transition".

I'm about to be furloughed and have been working a VRAD (Return to Active Duty) assignment. The word from AF MPC is the program is going to SLOW DOWN.

The bonus issues were relayed to me about the same. No 3 year and no 25 year.
