Ok, I know this is a pilot forum, but does anyone know if it is easy to get on as a ramper or csr at IAH or HOU?

Also, does anyone know of who to contact for more information.

Thank you so much!

I worked for Delta Airlines at Hobby (HOU) years back while in school and it was not an easy position to get to say the least. HOU is probably one of Delta's most senior outstations. The ramp is manned by Delta Staffing, you will not get the same perks as Delta employees and pay is low to start but you may want to inquire about the "ramp" positions if that is something that interests you. IAH is pretty much the same, senior and jobs are hard to come by. You may want to look into Air Tran, they seemed to always be looking for people at Hobby, easier job to get and the perks are not that bad.

A friend who is at Express Jet recently mentioned that they were hiring for a position at EFD.......

good luck,

ps>> the best BBQ in the world is right on the way to EFD, so this would be reason in itself to get the job.:D Pee Tee's is next to impossible to beat.
