A buddy of mine got a job there with 36 hours multi!!, 1400TT

Hey, I flew there about two years ago. I don't know how acurate your listed flight time is, but RAMAir is going to want at least 135 IFR PIC mins. So at a minimum your going to need 1200TT plus all the other(CC,night,IFR). I also flew there before Jason got hired. I have no idea what he looks for in pilots. One thing I must say though, is that it was a nice job. Pay is bad, but what do you expect for 135, although its not as low as some other places I've heard of. Raleigh is a great place to live. About two hours down I-40 will get you to Wilmington and the beach. The maintenance there is also great. They have a full time staff that really takes good care of the planes. Also, back then if you needed, they would let you crash there at the hangar. They have a fold out bed, and a shower, along with a kitchen. Not ideal, but it can do for a poor single pilot. Anyhow if you have the IFR PIC mins, I'd keep hounding them. Don't be rude or annoying, but make sure that they know you name, and that you really want the job.
