Here's the latest for new hires.

$100/day first year
$1000 Bonus upon Completion of your First Checkride, Extended Stay Motel Room is provided during training.
$1000 Bonus upon Completion of your Multi-engine contract (Average time about 9 months from date of hire. Shorter, no bonus option available)
$2000 Bonus 1 year after date of hire
Do the math, it adds up to about $29K, first year.
Addtional $ available for instructing or flying beyond your bid.

Second year is $125/day, or $32K/year.
