What happened to the runs Ram Air used to have down in FL between ORL-SRQ-TPA and ORL-FMY and ORL FXE? Looks like they got bid out...those were cake runs! Anybody know what happended?

Hopefully they went to a company who gives their pilots a salary that is at least what they would make at mcdonalds.

Good luck finding a piston flying company who pays like they actually want to keep someone around!! You'd think these companies would realize that the main expense is training new pilots constantly. If they paid a little more and treated them better, pilots would stick around longer.
