3 years ago when I applied to Ram via fax, its only took 3 days for those guys to response. At that time regionals were hiring to no end and the turnover was very high. My interview pretty much consisted of them looking at my logbook, I guess to see if I'm have the 135 mins. I was hired on the spot and they even want to start training that day. I didn't know anyone there. I was at the right place and at the right time.
It has probably changed since I moved on to Pinnacle, they would throw away any resumes that had an excessive amount of multi-time, I would say more than 100 hours. I had just about 55 hours when I got hied there.
