got a $21 pay raise on Feb 6th, and now another $5 pay raise on March 1st.

FO's were given a 11% pay raise year 1 ($49/hr) 8% year two ($70/hr) then 6% every year after.
Ca's were given a straight 7% increase year after year.

Substantial improvements to reserve, including 14 hours call out for long call, and 12 days off minimum for reserves, with 75hr line guarantee.

Yes, classes starting this month, in April, and potentially in the Summer May-Aug period as well. Interviews are on-going and the pilot window is still open online. Good luck!
