They apparently have a different definition of "industry leading" than I, or any semi-sane person does.
 
Work Rules still suck! This has got to be a 'no' vote..... No where even close to "industry leading."
 
Not sure about the 190 rates, don't think that's a regional plane, but the 175 rates are only a few bucks more per hour than current 50+ seat rates at other regionals. You should try for more money. Good luck.

Hell they don't even need to look at pay rates yet! Work Rules aren't even close to some airlines that signed contracts 15 years ago.

The 190s are gone, so they're irrelevant. The rest of the pay rates are still crappy. The work rules are still non-existent. The few gains are immediately cancelled out by poor language that gives the company plenty of "outs". It's an absolutely disgraceful document. Unfortunately, I think it will pass by about 50-60 percent.
