Radar issues in the northeast today

Quite a few IFR delays in the northeast today. Local tower controller said there were radar issues with center. Anyone know what was up?

NY center computer problems the TEB tower said. We landed at TEB just as it happened, delayed about 45 min getting out. I can't describe how much I hate that place.

Our dispatch said NY TRACON had radar troubles, it delayed our departure for about 40 minutes but once enroute we went fast the whole way with no interference from ATC.

About mid-morning Washington center had a phone ringing on freq.
Whoever answered "suicide hotline, please hold" you had us rolling, thanks dude!
