Anyone out there have experience with quickbooks or other computerized invoicing/book keeping programs? I need an easier way to write invoices and receipts for contract flying and my students.

I've got an excel spreadsheet for the books but hate having to type in all the invoice info every time, not to mention I don't feel like programming excel to do different reports for taxes.

We bought the business version to run our business and went live with it January 1st.

We're still not up to 100% usage on it, but it's really simple/user friendly.

What's ticks me off is that it works better than the $90,000 custom software system we had in a former business, and we don't have to pay a $1500 monthly maintenence fee either....

I hate to spend $80 (Sam's Club price for the entry-level version) if all I'm going to do is make invoices on it... but if it'll do everything else and save time in the long run, I'm all for it. Thanks for the info

QuickBook copmpany files always conver so if you decide to upgrade quickbooks you can use your old file.
