Quick question

I flew a 1961 Champion a few years ago and I am unable to figure out if it was an "American Champ" or an "Aeronica Champ." The aircraft model number is 7FC. Anyone know? Thanks!

7FC sounds just about right for a 61 Aeronca Champ. Did it look like this one?

Thanks! That very well could be what it was. Do you know if the American Champ looks similar. I remember it was tandem and fabric. Thanks for your help.
