Questions re FE Written Exam

First of all, what sort of questions are asked on the FE written? Is it a majority of weight and balance / other computational type questions?

Secondly, what is the best way to prepare for this exam? Self study or is it worth going to one of those all day test prep places and then taking the test?

Do the test prep. Have done it twice both times scoring in the high 90ies!

What he said, or any other ATP location for that matter, in one day and expect a high 90's score.
