1. can i get private pilot certificate, instrument rating, and commercial pilot certificate through the college? (majoring in aircraft pilot)

2. if yes, does the tuition cover the flying? or do i need to pay extra?

1. Well it would depend on the college, but assuming it's an Aviation degree offered I'd say yes.

2. No, flight training is a separate cost.
