Any FAA guys out there can tell me what your pay is like. Thanks in advanced

ATC pay depends on the "grade" the facility is at. Can range from 37k(min) to 132k (max)

First year is around 50K - GS12 - (depending on location) 2nd year -GS13- is around 60K and in 10 years around 100K as a -GS 14- Program Manager. In 20 years you top out around 100 K as an Inspector-GS13- and 110K -GS14- as a Program Manager. But with the budgets lately I wouldn't expect this to be carved in stone. I keep playing the Power Ball......

ATC pays better and you retire at 50.
