I saw a poll on a web site for Atlas Air:
"Restrictions on nationality of operators/owners of aircraft should be eliminated for dry and wet leasing of aircraft"
Can anyone explain what current restrictions this refers to, and is that only in the U.S.? So far the results of the poll are a large majority for lifting the restrictions.
