On a thread on the regionals board it was mentioned that your contract states that any A/C owned by United must be flown by United pilots. (i.e. no wholly owned subsidiaries allowed) IF US Air/United merger goes ahead, what happens to PSA and Piedmont pilots?
 
There is also a big lawsuit in process by the Mid Atlantic pilots. How is that going to factor in?

The jet for jobs program was not in seniority order. Talk about a problem for the arbitrator.

But don't worry the arbitrator will find a solution.

Depends on what you mean by problem. It will show yet another ALPA snafu, and is a major player in tossing the nic. Neither of these things is a "problem."
