I have always wanted to work for SWA, and until just recently, did not have the opportunity to get the PIC turbine needed to meet the minimums. Within 1 1/2 to 2 years, I could have over 1500 to 2000 hours of PIC turbine flying a Falcon 20. What is the outlook for SWA at that time period regarding attrition and retirements? How does SWA view the hiring of guys who were doing the freight dog thing to get to that point?
