Question for DL/DALPA Pilots Re: "Long History of Great Relationship with Management"

Just curious as to the blind rationale behind this since:
1) The union was voted in, and
2) Management cares so much that they brought on Ford & Harrison (anti-pilot union busting firm placed in HR and other positions in the company) long before the merger was a thought.

Seriously curious why anyone would think that Ford & Harrison (which makes a career out of teaching mgt how to snow pilots) would be brought on if the feeling is so altruistic?

Ah ha! Say the crickets...there IS no reasonable answer for the line of thinking that mgt are your buds....

Long, but not recent

The phrase "long history of great relationship with management" refers to the period from Delta's founding until the retirement of Dave Garrett. :(
