Actually a couple questions...

1. How many pilots do you have right now?
2. What are the hiring projections and upgrade times.
3. What is the pay like?

1. How many Pilots....around 240 right now & 20+ new hires monthly coming online now until further notice thanks to the Continental/IAH Operation starting in March. looks like another 100+ new hires this year mostly going to the Saab. Some will go to the Beech.

2. Upgrades...Depends on how well/how fast current Beech-Saab transitions and Saab FO upgrades go. Should happen VERY FAST now. If you come online now you may upgrade in as little as 6-9 months, more or less depending on how things go. CJC likes to see at least 2000+ TT 500 Time with Company 500 PIC before you move up.

3. Starting pay somewhere 18-19/hr for Beeches and 19-20/hr Saab. I may be wrong...help me out. 75 hr Guarantee no per diem unless out of base.
