I am just curious, if you had the chance to go to Netjets or US airways, which one would you choose? And Why? Thank you.

Didn't we just have this debate? Oh no it was Netjets vs. JetBlue last week. So, I would revisit that entire posting (I think it was called "leaving Jetblue?").

Suffice it to say that Netjets is FAR Better than USAirways for many reasons in my opinion (we are allowed to have opinions). Better compensation initially:

http://airlinepilotcentral.com/airlines/fractional/netjets.html

vs.

http://airlinepilotcentral.com/airlines/legacy/us_airways.html

better benefits (paid healthcare), better schedules (mix of three types), nicer aircraft (I'll take a new corporate jet over a beat-up 737-300 manufactured in 1984 or a run-down Airbus any day), more interesting passengers (celebrities and sports stars), potentially faster upgrade, more varied routes (Netjets flies everywhere), 100 pilot domiciles (live wherever you want - including PHX), etc. Netjets is its industry leader by far with a reputation for quality while USAirways is a Frankenstein with battling internal factions and a sagging position and reputation (its service reputation sucks) vs. other majors. Does that sound fun? If you flew for Mesa you should fully understand that by now.

There are tons of former USAirways pilots who are currently flying for Netjets and not returning to USAirways - check them out on the fractional board. That should tell you something. They don't want to go back to that mess...

I would go to Netjets - no question. Just remember, it's a different TYPE of flying - adhoc at Netjets vs. routine. If you like your airline routine, perhaps USAirways would be the better choice. You might start on a new E190 - that wouldn't be too bad. Still, I'd select Netjets any day. Please search for that other "leaving Jetblue?" post for many more details and rationale.

Thank you. I am sorry, I didn't know about the threads.

No problem. You are lucky to have the choice. Again, I would ask the same question on the fractional board so that you can ask the former USAiways pilots directly for their feedback (and their rationale for staying at Netjets).
