They are all the same at AT 120,000 for T/O. 104,000 for landing, The Boeing factory certification is 110,000 for landing. AT got long term warranty considerations for the reducing the landing weight.
Boeing will certify the airplanes up to 121,000 MTOW, 122,000 max taxi, and 110,000 MLW.
Each operator chooses how much weight they buy. It is just a paperwork change, and $$$ to Boeing. We originally had the MTOW of 121,000, but lowered it after a few years.
