Question about Sunworld

I did a search and didn't find anything definitive so I'll go ahead and ask. Does anyone know whatever became of Sunworld International? Are they still in business or did they go Tango-Uniform?

Reason I ask is I used to sit side-saddle for them for about 8 months before getting tossed out in a massive 9-man furlough (and yes, that IS massive when there's only 20 pilots total) and was just curious.

On Sept. 21, 2004, they advertised for all 3 seats, then...nothing since as far as I know.
