Question about Southwest

I heard a rumor, that Southwest doesnt accept online 4 year degrees, any truth to this?


If thats the case, just don't list it then!
I think they are more interested in the individual sitting there in front of them than anything else.
Just my 2 cents..... Good luck w/ them!
 
That wouldn't make any sense since there's no way to verify that it is an online degree you received. Almost every university that offers online learning gives the exact same diploma to those students as it does to the brick and mortar students. There is no difference in the diploma. Even the University of Phoenix (the largest online university in the country...in fact the largest university in the USA period) gives their students the normal University of Phoenix degree received by their campus attendees.
 
My buddy got hired last year without any degree at all. It's not required.
 
I can tell you theres a fair amount of Pilots at SWA that dont have 4 year degrees including myself. SWA is more interested in you as an indiviual than a piece of paper.
