Okay, so I've heard this from a couple people; that CS doesn't like to hire female pilots. Is there anything to this rumor? Obviously they must, occasionally.

Proximity to assigned base

Am I required to maintain my "permanent" address within 120 minutes of a base or will a second home or crashpad suffice? How strict is the policy? Any rumor of changes?

Bad Rumor

We have many females. We have female standards captains, female check airmen, female program mangers. Don't know where this got started.
