does anyone know anything about the new bridge program for the low time new hire? what do they expect from the new hire?

The *rumor* I have heard is there will be some early testing and sim evaluation for the low time new hires. If they do not pass the early testing then they can leave training without any record of failing the course. I have no idea if that is true or not and I don't know if we've even begun the program yet.

Does this apply to all new hires with the new published mins of 600-1 or is this a true bridge program through individual colleges?

What? If you think they'll be around in a year I have a bridge to sell you!

Sorry guys, I just couldn't pass that up. ITS JUST A JOKE!
