Okay.....got it. My interpretation.........
1) 250 KIAS is safe everywhere below 10K MSL (except withing 4nm below 2500 AGL in class C or D) and below Class B.
2) 250 + KIAS is cool above 10K MSL
3) Stay away from DEN's Class B
4) If ATC asks you what you're IAS is......calcel IFR....squawk VFR.....change freq's and divert......and hit the ground running.
