Hey, just wondering what the min RVR's for airtran and the 717 are? Where do you find of of the new hires coming from? Keep up the good work!
 
600 RVR for takeoff, 1200 RVR for landing (autoland). Lower landing RVR's are to be phased in.

Newhires are a mix of commuter, military and furloughees as far as I know.
