Quality of life in the corporate world?

Hey I was just curious if I could get some information about the different fractional places and corporate jobs available. I'm currently flying 121 for a regional and starting to question the quality of life. I'm gone for up to 20 days out of the month and even worse...I think I would get treated better serving burgers at McDonalds. Any information about pay, bases and schedules would be greatly apprciated. Thanks in advance!
