Days off

Just to clarify the days off issue.

Section 21.I.2 Days off and Duty Free Periods

d. The first, Largest set of days off, on reserve pilots line will be designated as immoveable unless the pilot notifies crew scheduling otherwise by 2359 CST on the first day of the bid period.

e. If a reserve pilot is assigned to fly into a day off, Crew Scheduling will move the scheduled day off and K.4.a and b., will apply

K.4

a. The reserve pilot will be credited with 3.75 hours or actual flight time, whichever is greater, at %150 of the applicable hourly rate and such credit will be add pay

b. The reserve pilot much submit 2 choices to Crew Scheduling to replace the lost day off within 24 hours after completion of the trip. The Company will restore the day off within the current bid period.
