QOL or Upgrade .. discuss among yourselves

Dilemma time .. upgrade and good way down on the list. Do I give up 15 days a month and no JM for being scheduling's b*tch with 6 day weeks, extensions into days off, and other unmentionables. No loans and current $$ covers the bills. Not sure what to do next and will 6-8 months delay matter while others below me upgrade.

If QOL was that big of an issue you wouldn't be slogging around in an RJ for regional pay.
