Russia? Throw in the added trouble of a conversion chart for meters and it's a real party.
 
STD 1013 until Transition Level then set QFE as advertised....now you will shoot the approach to 200ft (if thats mins) - its actually very simple.

Dont try and convert and shoot it QNH....just do what they do.

QNE=Normal Enroute 29.92

QFE- Field Elevation (Or above Fireld Elevation) AGL

QNH- Normal Home (MSL)

I have a current Russian visa and will do it for $998.50 a day. Let the race for the bottom begin, spasiba.
 
i will do it for $1200/day, in addition to not letting you hit the ground, i will attempt to tell you what the smelly lady in the met office is trying to tell you. if you are going to petro, i will also help you put the masks back into the ceiling after the runway shakes them loose.
