QFE-QNH ?

Does anyone out there have a good conversion chart for QFE to QNH or, know where I can download one from ? Thanx .

How about

QFE = QNH - (FE/1000)

where FE = field elevation in feet and QFE and QNH are in inches.

With that, the QFE for an airport at 800' MSL and a QNH of 29.92 would be 29.12.

QNH = QFE + (FE/1000)

so QNH at a field 800' MSL with a QFE of 29.12 would be 29.92.
