Good words all around. Strangely enough, the Capt had sent his back for service a couple of times, the first time I had EVER heard of it. He said the help was more than quick from Mike and he (teh capt) still endorsed the product. In fact, Mike had sent a replacement before he even sent the "return" in.
A quick search will show pretty satisfied customers (including me for the past two years).
