Anyone know of a web site etc. that might have some ideas that would relate to putting things in general terms for a CFI? I realize that I can think of more and more in time but the best examples I keep hearing are ones that others have come up with. Example: Using a garden hose with finger over the front to help explain Bernoulli's principle. Your supposed to know all these of course before the checkride even though most of them come from actually teaching I'll bet. Cart before the horse etc. Be that as it is, any ideas? Thanks.

Rod Machado

Get a copy of Rod Machado's Private Pilot Handbook. Great alternative ways of explaining theories. All written in "layman's" terms--not to mention an enjoyable read as well...
