i'm only in puerto rico one weekend a month anymore, doing charity flights for a hospital on vieques.

last saturday, an old acquaintance ditched an isla nena caravan in ten feet of water off of flamenco beach on culebra. apparently the engien quite. anyone have any more info? thanks
