Do any of you seasoned CFI's know of any web site that posts the changes to PTS when they are updated? I know I could sit there and read through both while comparing one to the other, but is there any other way. Thanks in advance.

I'm not quite sure exactly what changes you're looking for but these links will help.

This one shows all the latest changes since the last printing. (This is what you probably read already and you're right, there are NO changes to the PTS since the last printing)

http://av-info.faa.gov/data/practicalteststandard/changes.pdf

And if you go to the individual PTS's, they'll list the changes made since the last printing as well. I'm not too sure how old your current set is but some of the bigger changes are...

1) Slow flight is back to Minimum Controllable Airspeed, not 1.3Vso or so.

2) Steep Spirals are now back in the Commercial PTS, as well as a 180 degree accuracy landing.

3) There is no power off (emergency) landing for the Commercial now, but a lot of DPE's test it anyway.

Unfortunately the other changes are really small (such as airspeed limits on slow flight -5/+10 etc...) so the best way would be to just re-read the whole book. If you're going to be teaching it you'll need to know it anyway. I'm lucky, I get all the IR students and that PTS rarely changes!

Hope that helps!
