Max,

I interviewed over a year ago and since then they have gone through several different HR people so I'm not sure if the process has changed at all. But my experiance was very basic, such as an ATP stlye test and some small mind tests followed by an interview by the Chief pilot, Human Resources, and one line Capt. No surprises, just answer everything honestly.

After about a week of being in the dark we were allowed to see our new contract. Not industry leading but not as horrible as I originally thought. Here is the pay starting 5/15/02.
