Just got hired, wondering what QOL is like for the newbies on reserve and what are the minimum days off? Thanks in advance, looking forward to it!!!

QOL? Whats that? Its not terrible, could always be worse. Reserve is a 14 hour duty day. If you get hot reserve its 10 hours On reserve you will have 10 days off. I'm new at the compay too (last summer) the QOL gets a lot better once you get into the swing of things. From what I hear all newhires get Dayton which considering the pay is preferable. Assuming everything with dad (mainline) works out then I think things will continue to get better.
